Coloring Easter Eggs

Every year I color eggs with Grandma Anna. This year Aunt Shelly joined us.

The Seattle Aquarium

For Mommy's birthday, me and daddy took her to the Aquarium (of course that's because it's one of my FAVORITE places). The first thing you must know, is that you HAVE to touch the animals with only ONE finger in the tide pools. I have this rule down. Mommy's now trying to teach me about touching lightly. I kinda like to press hard and see how squishy the animals are.

If I smile real cute and ask really nicely, the nice volunteers will pick out any of the animals that I'd like to take a closer look at and place it in a bowl on the floor for me. This makes me feel very special. Here I am trying to get the little crab to come out of its shell.

Look at me, I'm an octopus.

I want to get as close as I can. I am practically climbing in the tide pool.

I'm probably saying, "Closer Daddy!"

It was so great. I could spend the whole day there.

And then as we were leaving (it was lunch time and mommy & daddy were hungry), I got to wave to the scuba diver. That was pretty cool too!

I got to go to Chuck E. Cheese's for the first time. It was for my neighbor, Austin's, B-day party. Here I am playing, "Whack a Mole" for the first time.
Also they had this HUGE horse that I got to ride.
