American Girl Store comes to Lynnwood

Two days before we were to go to Disneyland, mommy got a call from her friend Gail Sawyer. She was on her way to get her hair done and noticed that the doors to the American Girl Store (I call it the "Bitty Baby Store") were open. Their big grand opening was going to be on that Saturday but we would miss it because we would be in California.
So Mommy quickly got ready and I got Bitty Baby ready (packed her diaper bag, changed her clothes, and got her stroller out) and off we went.
Mommy explained to Daddy that even though she had lots of important things to do to get ready for D-Land, that this was a pretty big deal and could not be missed!

Me and Bitty Baby had so much fun. I loved shopping with her. All the other people in the store (there weren't very many), didn't have their doll because they weren't expecting to have the doors open. We were the only ones prepared!

I selected a snack bag for Bitty Baby, so we immediately had to sit outside to feed her. She needed a snack.

I heard that the Saturday opening was crazy packed. This was much better. We loved it. Thanks Gail for thinking of us!
