Meeting Uncle Bill & Aunt Marilyn in Santa Barbara

OK, Mommy and Daddy have been raving about Uncle Bill and Aunt Marilyn my whole life and guess what...I finally got to meet them. We stayed with them on the way to Disneyland. I don't think they were use to a 3 year old in their house, but they did great! I loved their backyard. It had a big "stage" for me to play on. I made Aunt Marilyn very nervous when I would play too close to the edge. But I never got hurt - so no worries! She also let me pick a carrot, tomato, and orange from her garden. So guess what I want now? Yup, a garden! It was neat.
Here is me and Aunt Marilyn on the stage.
Daddy, Aunt Marilyn, me, and Uncle Bill (I wanted to stay on the stage).

Aunt Marilyn, me, and Uncle Bill

In the morning we had breakfast on the Santa Barbara Pier. It was a beautiful morning.

Then Aunt Marilyn took me shopping for shells. I got a big starfish, a shell purse, and a fancy bracelet. She spoiled me. Here I am showing Uncle Bill my treasures.

And as excited as I was about our next stop (Disneyland), I was sad to go. I love these guys! Now I understand what Mommy and Daddy were talking about. Here I am hugging Uncle Bill good-bye.

Hopefully, we will get to see them soon (for longer next time). Also, next time I hope to meet my cousin Lisa. I hear she's a hoot.

Love,

MaryAnna Mae
